Feb 2, 2024 · However in the generated template file the define cell function doesnot contain any inputs/outputs. define_cell \ -delay delay_template1_3x3 \ -power power_template1_3x3 \ customCell. and I have only define_leakage commands and no define_ arc. I do not understand what is wrong in my truth table to have this result. Maybe you can help with this ?
It's clear, if I write for each class of cells, having the same inputs / outputs, a separate define_cell, then this issue does not occur. There is an example of generating automatically template in the page 48 to 50 of 'Virtuoso Liberate Reference Maual', Version 18.1, section 'TCL Command File'.

Jun 5, 2018 · For the characterization of a standard cell library, I am using LIBERATE_15.14.070 version. The cell spice model was generated using IC6.1.5, and I am using Spectre as the external simulator for the characterization. I have a question specifically on the leakage_power nodes of the .lib file generated by Liberate.
