the website constantly logs me out and when i try to log back in, it says "cant connect to the server" followed by a code, something like " 18.df4f4317.1700028389.2c52012" which changes every time. i talked to PS support and they said that they have been having issues for the last few days but it should be fixed in the next 1-2 days. here we are 2 weeks later and still have this issue.
You can only access Playstation accounts from a non-mobile device. Contact SONY. You can do this from a non mobile device like a desktop computer, or your library.
Do you have the "sony" link you used? I have tried several sony portals but none that have landed me on a page with a Playstation Global link.

How I sometimes can resolve it: Randomly switch between the 4 network connections I have in the setup section a random number of times.. doesn't matter which one, all of them work occasionally.
