Intellicare announces the end-of-life for Member Access portal. The portal will be replaced by AGORA mobile app and AGORA portal. Please download and register using the links below.

Proceed to the adminitting section and have your Intellicare card swiped for validation of membership eligibility. If APPROVED, the In-Patient Letter of Eligibility (LOE) will be printed. Sign the LOE. If DECLINED, attending medical staff will call Intellicare’s Customer Service for assistance.
