3812 is considered by many people and powerscalers to be the most powerful SCP, though this can be discarded due to SCP not having a central canon. According to djkaktus, SCP-3812's author, SCP-2935 cannot kill SCP-3812 because it's a story 3812 never heard of.
So, SCP 3812's ability is rather simple, it is a increadibly powerful, mentally unwell reality bender, however that would not make it the strongest SCP, if not the strongest written character in all of fiction.

SCP-3812 has an active, aggressive, anomalous influence on reality. SCP-3812 is capable of altering events throughout time to prevent its containment. Due to the nature of these alterations, it is highly unlikely that any individual affected by SCP-3812’s anomalous influence will be aware that they are affected.
