ok so I was really lucky and got it on my first try when getting DoT myself but it took forever to drop when I was helping someone with the DoT farm to the point where we just gave up and called it a day. I am not sure what the drop rate is for the item but I am going to say it's a 1%. 1.

Started a new acc recently rn only lvl 43 but already have 1 void crystal for vhl, getting vhl first to help me farm Nation house faster just for this amazing set of items. gj dude, this set really is worth the grind.
