Jan 30, 2020 · Hello, I cant seem to find my login on the "10.0.0.1" admin tool page. I have factory reset the router, making sure the LEDs turned off and tried the default "admin" for username and "password" password, but it didn't seem to work. I repeated this a couple more times but still, no luck. If anyone could help me that would be fantastic!
Feb 13, 2021 · I have already tried a factory reset on my router and I still cannot connect to 10.0.0.1 The other IP address you guys use, I think for businesses, also did not work. The connection just times out....

Sep 17, 2021 · @MisterEd51 . yeah it's definitely frustrating to say the least! I was even told by one Comcast rep that using separate SSIDs is the reason I couldn't change channels now (I've been able to set them manually for months ever since getting my Xfinity modem/router) - BTW setting the SSIDs the same doesn't allow manual channel selection regardless of what they tried to tell me.
Jan 2, 2021 · Ok here is a long shot, I was watching a network video, and be point they made was, you have to have some space between the 10.0.0.1 and the first dhcp address, on my gateway, it goes from the gateway address 10.0.0.1 to 10.0.0.2 the first dhcp address, so I am thinking whatever address you assigned as your router static address it probably fell in the dhcp range, so maybe it corrupted ...
Aug 20, 2022 · @sgolux I just checked and was able to login to my modem using IP 10.0.0.1 using the admin login. Are you unable to login to your modem using the info printed on the bottom of your device? We should still be able to do that to enable bridge mode, configure other settings and troubleshooting.
