You can search Windows.old folder under system disk to check if your old wallpaper is here. Or you can navigate to C:\Users\User name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Themes\CachedFiles to check. When you're in Settings > Accounts, scroll down to Access work or school and you'll see the work/school account listed there. You'll be able to remove it from that settings panel, vs Email & accounts.
