I don't get the hate for the MS weather app. Sure, it's basically a PWA, but among stock weather apps, it probably provides the most data: current and future pollen conditions, hour by hour forecast for "feels like" (important for me living in Houston TX), UV index, dew point, precipitation, wind, wind gusts, heat stroke/wind chill risk ...
So I’m enjoying the new app 1DegreeOutside from former Boston TV meteorologists Matt and Danielle Noyes. They are total weather nerds. No attempt to be cool (so to speak), just a deep dive into the weather science several times a day in their videos covering New England. Plus all the usual bells and whistles you get in most weather apps.

In the above sentences, I want to say "The flight was cancelled because of bad weather". But I think the context is clear enough, so we don't need to use "bad" before "weather". Is that right ...

So I have an Ambient Weather WS-2902 that has worked pretty well for me for several years. We recently moved across town and I finally got it hooked back up. Seems to be communicating with the base station just fine, got it connected to the new WiFi and it's reporting up to the ambient weather network website and app.

That being said I'm almost certain every weather that was in Lake Outrage was in Giants Cap the next day. I got thunderstorm weather after 7 tries (advanced clock 7 days) but didn't research it further

Mar 23, 2006 · "The weather was such cold..." and "It was such a cold weather..." are both incorrect. Either of these would be correct: The weather was so cold that we didn't go out. It was such a cold day that we didn't go out. This would also be OK, but it seems a bit awkward to me: It was such cold weather that we didn't go out. Espero que fuera útil.
Jan 17, 2010 · "Break the weather" is incorrect. When the weather changes from bad to something better, we say (idiomatically) something like the following: "A break in the weather." or "If the weather breaks, we will ..." or "If the clouds break, we will be able to see the mountain." etc.
