Bumblebee (stylized as BumbleBee and sometimes marketed as Transformers: Bumblebee) is a 2018 science fiction action film based on the Hasbro and Takara Tomy 's Transformers toy line character of the same name.
Bumblebee was a young Autobot scout, who fought during the Cybertronian War alongside his "brother in arms", Hot Rod. At some point, Bumblebee went through a rebellious phase, which Optimus would recall. After the AllSpark left Cybertron, the Autobots left their home to search for it.
