Oct 25, 2023 · You don't need to cancel your existing Netflix account, you merely login to the Netflix app on your Stream puck and billing will automatically switch over to Sky. Any funds you have already paid Netflix directly for the month ahead will remain in credit on your account should you ever leave Sky and revert to paying them direct.

Jul 24, 2023 · By having a Sky subscription which covers Netflix, and then signing into the Netflix app on a Sky device (Q box, Glass television or Stream puck) using the existing Netflix credentials. This generates an instruction for Netflix to switch billing to the Sky account.

I've managed to find out what the email address they've changed it to is (someone in Columbia) but despite a couple of attempts with Netflix customer support they say they can't do anything without a service code.
Jan 12, 2024 · Direct through Netflix is £17.99 so £15 through Sky is a bit cheaper - unless I'm misunderstanding something? Also, if you have Netflix through Sky then does this still mean the phone app will work? I currently cast from my phone to the bedroom TV. May 4, 2023 · Yes - as you rightly thought, as it stands, you only get Netflix Basic via SKY (SD & 1 screen) - as you have not yet linked your Netflix account then yes you are paying twice for Netflix currently. It then depends whether you conisder the adding the HD add on via SKY to get Netflix Standard (HD + 2 screens) better value than keeping your separate Netflix account.

May 19, 2023 · Note that if you do login with existing Netflix credentials, this generates an automated instruction to Netflix to switch billing to be covered by your Sky 'Ultimate TV' account and drops the Netflix tier to that on Glass/Stream: 'Basic' by default unless 'Standard' or Premum' has been added to the Sky subscription.
