Blizzard strayer 4 pc effect is a conditional that gets checked on every hit , and it gets checked even offscreen as well. so, if you're indeed running permafreeze comp and you're switching to a different character, rest assured the effect still works on her burst. Sep 22, 2022 · How does Blizzard Strayer work? The 4 Piece Set Effect says the following:"When a character attacks an opponent affected by Cryo, their Crit Rate is increased by 20%. If the Opponent is Frozen, Crit Rate is increased by an additional 20%".
Blizzard Strayer, because it massively increases your crit and it affects all your damage and not just your charge shots. Her charge shots do a lot of damage, but don’t underestimate how much she gets from her elemental ability and burst as well.
2-Piece Blizzard Strayer + 2-Piece Noblesse Oblige is one of the most viable option for Support Ganyu. It directly buffs all her DMG as well as her Ult DMG. 4-Piece Noblesse Oblige is also a great option, as you will get a very high uptime on the buff it gives for your party.
Jan 29, 2021 · I was going to farm a Blizzard Strayer set, to have the 80% "free" Crit DMG (while the 20% on frozen enemies is harder to achieve because the Hydro team member is Childe so he doesn't freez off-battlefield). This could allow me to swap the weapon to Blackcliff Warbow of Protoype crescent and have the more conventional build.
