Apr 15, 2023 · Apple TV asking me to start a trial when I have a subscription. I was watching a show, tried to go to the next episode and it asked me to “try for free” and get a subscription. I already have a subscription of 6.99/month. I clicked try it free button anyways but it said I already had a subscription. I tried all the recommended fixes.

Aug 23, 2021 · Apple TV with multiple profiles I am considering getting the apple tv. I want to know how does the apple tv handle multiple subscriptions and profiles on the apple tv Plus app? For example, netflix, on the apple plus app under my profile, will my shows from Netflix show up and only mine. Then for my wifes profile only hers will show up?
Aug 2, 2019 · Availability of supported apps in the Apple TV app - Apple Support. Note that Netflix is absent from that list. They choose not to participate. That has no user-configurable settings. Third party apps allow this/have provisions for this – or not: their choice. And the Apple TV app picks that up.
Jul 18, 2020 · Apple TV asks for Apple ID password, enter it. An authentication code will be sent to your iPhone or iPad or Mac. Apple TV asks for the Apple ID password again, enter it followed by the authentication code. For example if your Apple ID password is XYZ123 and the authentication code is 4567 enter XYZ1234567; Do this quickly or it will time out!
Remove the Apple TV app, Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device), Wait 30 seconds, Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in, Reload the Apple TV app. Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta. Aug 13, 2023 · After you push “PLAY” on the movie’s menu screen, you get “There’s a problem loading this content.”. And and “OK” button which brings you back to the movie’s menu screen. Tough to spend $20 to own a movie on digital and encounter such a hassle! Me, too! It keeps saying “trouble with content”.

Apr 28, 2020 · Whenever I try to register for the 7 day trial on apple tv+ I'm able to insert apple id and password but when pressing enter the screen either turns white or turns to infinite loading screen. Anyone know why it is so? I believe its supposed to move on to payment card registration but it doesn't.
