Mar 2, 2016 · Text is Greyed/Washed Out. I have poor eyesight and have setup high contrast to see things better in windows 10. Also set the font to 10 point bold and tried the 125% setting. In windows 7 I did not have this issue, I used the classic theme, and just set the fonts. all bold, no problem.

May 10, 2019 · What's up guys so my new monitor is HDR compatible however whenever I enable HDR in games, it makes them look terrible. The colors are super washed out, the brights are dull and the blacks are boosted to like a grey-ish. I've updated the monitor firmware and installed the latest driver for it. Have you had a go at changing these colours yourself? Look through the following tutorial and see if any of the options work better for you.

Dec 28, 2017 · 01 Jan 2018 #2. It's a TN display panel which are very viewing angle dependent. Most are washed out by looking from a higher angle. More noticeable when close. In that scenario if you are vertical over the top edge then the colours are more washed out towards the bottom edge which is being viewed at an angle.
