In the abstract, we do talk about "male beauty" (like Michelangelo's "David" statue).

I take it to mean an act that creates some beauty in the world and which is done in a natural manner, e.g. by way of an innate talent.

It means much the same as "beauty" in its abstract sense, but unlike "beauty" it has no concrete sense. You could say "You are the personification of beautifulness", but I think that GWB's sentence would go down better.
