It officially opened last December 14, 2019 but got temporarily closed due to COVID-19 restrictions and the recent typhoon that hit Cebu in December 2021.

Dec 26, 2019 · Aptly called WaterWorld Cebu, the new waterpark features 10 extreme water slides, a 200-meter lazy river, an exciting water playground, a massive 1,800 sqm wave pool, and a whole lot more. The new and exciting waterpark finally had its soft opening on December 14, 2019, and, of course, I was there to see what the fuzz was about.
