I added the Deathwatch icons to the plain shoulder pad, painted them silver, and used those as the left hand shoulder. For the right hand shoulder, I painted the Centurion icon a stone colour (like a Crux Terminatus) and painted the rest black, with a red slash indicating a specific Watch Company.
