Apr 19, 2019 · Lim, the President and CEO of Henry and Sons coffee company in Mandaluyong, brought local beans from Itogon, Benguet and emerged as the Top 15th barista of the international competition held at the Specialty Coffee Expo in Boston from April 12-14, 2019.
On one hand, he has lifted the trophy at the National Barista Championships, which allowed him the opportunity to geek out at the world tilt in Boston. On the other hand, he champions Philippine coffee by pouring his time, resources, and heart into realizing a grand vision.
