Mobile phone numbers are always 10 digits (three digits for the service provider, plus a seven-digit number). When making long-distance calls in the Philippines, the prefix 0 for domestic calls and 00 for international calls are used.
Press the PTE Identifier of the landline you want to call (e.g., Press 7 if you’re calling a Globe landline or 8 if you’re calling a PLDT landline). Press the landline number and proceed with making the call. In short, you have to dial the: 0 + area code (“2”) + <PTE Identifier> + <landline number>
Oct 4, 2019 · Callers from the provinces will only need to do the usual national direct dialing procedure which now includes their Metro Manila contact’s 8 digit number: Dial 0 + Area Code (2) + 8 digits landline number. Those outside the Philippines will have to dial 00 + Country Code (63) + Area Code (2) + 8 digits landline number.
