Francis Pancratius "Kiko" Nepomuceno Pangilinan (Tagalog: [paŋɪˈlinan]) is a Filipino lawyer, politician, and farm owner who served as a Senator from 2001 to 2013 and from 2016 to 2022. [2] [3] He was the Senate Majority Leader from 2004 to 2008.
As Chairman of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food and the Senate Committee on Social Justice and Rural Development, he initiated the convening of AF2025 (Agriculture and Fisheries 2025), a summit that paved the way for increasing the agriculture budget by 52% in 2012.
