Francis the Talking Mule and his pal Peter work on a horse-breeder's ranch and use Francis's ability to talk to horses to win races. They also face gangsters, romance and a lackluster racehorse in this 1951 sequel.
Peter's been friends with Francis since Burma. Francis is a talking mule. He ends up being sent to the race tracks with Travers' race horses. Peter gets a ride there from Miss Travers.
