Saul Haydon Rowe was the allegedly independent expert witness retained by the Serious Fraud Office to appear in each LIBOR trial. It later transpired, through the work of defence solicitors in LIBOR 4, that Mr Rowe is not an expert in the subject matter of the LIBOR trials.
