The Tokyo Tower ( Tōkyō tawā, pronounced [toːkʲoː taɰᵝaː] ⓘ, officially called 日本電波塔, Nippon denpatō, "Japan Radio Tower") is a communications and observation tower in the Shiba-koen district of Minato, Tokyo, Japan, built in 1958.
