Inspirou-se na história para produzir o Zafirah, um tinto de Monção que remete para o importante passado da região. Foi quando vivia em Lisboa e trabalhava em investigação clínica que Constantino Ramos sentiu a necessidade de “voltar ao campo”.
Constantino Ramos, a native of Vouzela in the Dão region, graduated in Pharmacy at the University of Coimbra, worked in this area but ended up dropping out to pursue a master's degree in oenology at the University of Trás-Os-Montes and Alto Douro embracing his true passion.
