Jacksonville St. Former Middle Tennessee State edge rusher Richard Kinley II has committed to Louisville out of the NCAA Transfer Portal, he announced on Saturday. He will have one year of eligibility remaining. Kinley had spent part of the spring at Memphis after originally entering the portal, but quickly left the Tigers.
