Yeah, there are pixel bots. But they arent gamebreaking at all. Grinding legitemately is much faster. Yes, there is a bot tool (you need to pay btw) that can see mobs on the screen and will rotate camera if no mobs found and click on them. Yups, they do sadly encountered so much. Only thing to do is just report them.
