Aug 21, 2012 · (Updated 2:00 p.m.) - Tributes poured in on Tuesday for the late Interior Secretary Jesse Robredo after authorities confirmed his death in a plane crash off Masbate. Transportation Secretary Mar Roxas confirmed on Tuesday morning that the body of Robredo was found at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday, 800 meters from the shore of Masbate.
