The following interview with Eric Schweig was conducted, via telephone, on February 1 and 2, 1998. Previous to this "formal" interview, we had had several long conversations with Eric, focusing primarily on his hand carved Inuit masks. So, by the time of the interview, we felt comfortable with him, and he with us.
