Leonor "Liling" Mirasol Magtolis-Briones (Tagalog: [lɛˈnɔɾ bɾiˈjonɛs]; born October 16, 1940) is a Filipina academician, economist, and civil servant who served as Secretary of Education under the Duterte administration.
