if you have 2 sockets free you can slap frenzy with chain or gmp, just 2 taps to fill your charges. You should use vaal cold snap. you cant use blood rage since it has a life cost now, unless you are not CI for some reason. 12% more damage for a single gem slot is pretty nifty.
Unless "Started" is not a keyword and Blood rage would trigger permanent effect of Lethe Shade, which would be too OP. When you go from taking 0 damage over time to more than 0. Since 'stopped taking damage over time' is also a thing, I suspect started is a relevant keyword here as well. I think unless you have the trickster node or some other ...
Apr 10, 2020 · In my current setup I have Blood Magic - Vaal Haste - Leap Slam. _____ CAST WHEN DAMAGE TAKEN (4 LINK): I always forget to cast Blood Rage when I enter a map, so it's just convenient to have it on CWDT. If you are having problems meeting the DEX requirements, don't level it up too far. If you prefer casting it manually, just unlink it.
