Latest data from TomTom Traffic Index showed that Metro Manila’s annual traffic congestion significantly dropped to 53 percent in 2020 from 71 percent in 2019. This means that a 30-minute trip would take 53 percent longer that it would have during baseline uncongested conditions in Metro Manila.
