The University of Oklahoma reviews freshman applications utilizing a holistic admissions process. This process considers several factors that predict academic success. These factors include high school GPA, academic rigor, ACT/SAT scores, engagement in academic and non-academic activities, writing ability, leadership, letters of recommendation, and more.

The OU Visitor Center is undergoing a long-term renovation thanks to a generous gift from the Jones Family. During this time, campus tour check-in is in located the Oklahoma Memorial Union, Beaird Lounge, 2nd floor.
