Mar 20, 2012 · Everybody's Cafe is as authentic as Kapampangan and Filipino food gets. The style is turo-turo although the prices are more expensive than your average hole-in-the-wall spots even if it looks like one. But the food is delicious even if it isn’t fully warmed.
