Caligula, the king of janky servants. One of the victims of Septem. Had some stuff in Olympus. Upon rewatching a video on his animation update, and more specifically remembering how good it was, I'd like to hear your opinions on the guy. Personally, I find him fun.
I suggest grailing Caligula to 80 first, but 90 is good enough in the long run. There's a Lvl 90 clear of LB6 Arrow 29-5 which completely utilizes his kit in a hard fight, with a budget setup. And here's Lvl 90-100 Caligula content by Infernia Rosarum to get a better grasp of his abilities.
All three of Caligula’ active skills provide an increase in attack allowing his damage to be comparable even to a 4★ servant despite being just a 2★ servant himself. However, it does depend on the success rate of the Imperial Privilege skill which is only 60%.
