Si Jovito "Jovy" Reyes Salonga (22 Hunyo 1920 – 10 Marso 2016) ay isang Pilipinong politiko at abogado, makabayan, at pangunahing pinuno ng oposisyon noong rehimeng Marcos mula 1972, nang maghayag ng Batas militar si Ferdinand Marcos, hanggang noong 1986, nang mapatalsik si Marcos na dulot ng mapayapang pag-aalsa.
