Indications and Dosage. Intravenous. Prophylaxis of surgical infections, Respiratory tract infections, Skin and soft tissue infections, Susceptible infections. Adult: As erythromycin lactobionate: 25-50 mg/kg daily or 15-20 mg/kg daily in divided doses. Max: 4 g daily.
