The Department of Justice endorsed the filing of criminal case against cosmetic surgeon Hayden Kho in connection with the sex-video scandal that proliferated last May. Kho faces 6 to 12 years imprisonment should the court find him guilty of violating Republic Act 9262, otherwise known as the Anti-Violence Against Women and Children Act.
