Capiz, officially the Province of Capiz (Capiznon/Hiligaynon: Kapuoran sang Capiz; Tagalog: Lalawigan ng Capiz), is a province in the Philippines located in the central section of Western Visayas region. Its capital is the city of Roxas.
Subject to the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991 and pertinent laws and issuances, this Revenue Code shall govern the levy, assessment, collection and administration of the following taxes and fees and other incidental impositions, in the Province of Capiz.
