Lyra is a content moderator or deleter who sifts through countless gruesome contents to make sure they will not make it to social media. After years of doing this, she appears to be “desensitized”. But she is not immune to fear after all, when her past trauma resurfaces after watching a suicide video of a colleague.
Deleter. The film follows Lyra (Nadine Luster), who works shifts at a shadowy online content moderation office where employees, known as deleters, are tasked with the process of filtering graphic uploads from reaching social media platforms.
