At least Minoru is taller than Mitsui to contest his shot, can handle screens better if he got switched on to Akagi since the height difference is not huge compared to Ichinokura, and Minoru can score if needed.

A Kainan starter going wow he's notably better than me but he isn't really that special in Sannoh is how I always read the scene. Not that he's necessarily better than Fukatsu or Kawata. Probably just overall second best shooter/scorer in Sannoh. But on Defense or setting up plays I feel Kawata and Fukatsu got him beat in both.
Most of all, he was totally worn out against Sannoh and can barely move. The worst part is him becoming a liability in defense as his match up, Minoru Matsumoto easily gets past him. Also. he is not as consistent as he used to be in shooting 3-pointers and can miss despite being open.
