We were visiting the NMU Foundation with my mom, a NMU Alum, and decided to make a stop at the dome. An architectural feat! Dome is made of wood, and it is quite spectacular to look up and see the trusses and cat walks. AstroTurf football field in the center, with a wonderful ‘outerbelt’ around the periphery.
