Ryan Luis Verzosa Singson (born June 1, 1980) is a Filipino politician currently serving as the Vice Governor of Ilocos Sur since 2022. He served as Governor from 2013 to 2022 and representative of the 1st district of Ilocos Sur from 2011 to 2013.
As a child, he had grown to look up to another great leader, his own father, former Governor Luis “Chavit” Singson who in every way showed to him how to become a true public servant. From then on, he fell in love with public service.
