Dec 18, 2017 · Penn National Gaming announced a cash and stock deal to buy Pinnacle Entertainment, a regional gaming operator with 16 properties in 11 jurisdictions. The transaction is valued at $2.8 billion, accretive to free cash flow, and expected to close in the second half of 2018.
