Valencia College is a public college in Orlando, Florida. The college is part of the Florida College System. The college was founded in 1967 as Valencia Junior College and changed its name in 2010 because the academic scope of the school had expanded to include bachelor's degrees.
Application and Admissions Process. In order to enroll in credit courses, you must submit a completed online Application for Admission by the Application Priority Deadline listed in the Academic Calendar in the online official catalog.
Valencia College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) to award associate and baccalaureate degrees. Valencia College also may offer credentials such as certificates and diplomas at approved degree levels.
