Jamie Christopher Hewlett (born 3 April 1968) is a British comic book artist, illustrator, and songwriter. He is the co-creator of the comic book Tank Girl with Alan Martin and the virtual band Gorillaz, alongside Blur frontman Damon Albarn.

Though he’s best known as the artist who co-created Gorillaz with Blur ’s Damon Albarn, he got his start with the bristling anarcho-punk comic Tank Girl in the late 80s and has long lamented the death of England’s comic industry.
