Wieland Speck (* 1951 in Freiburg im Breisgau) is a German film director, who since 1992 has coordinated "Panorama" at the International Filmfestival Berlin . Panorama showcases new films by established directors, as well as debut works by up-and-coming talents.

At the beginning of the AIDS crisis in the 1980s, Wieland Speck was one of the first gay directors in Germany to make safer-sex films, which were shown before porn films on videotape and in adult theaters. He also toured Germany with the first educational films about AIDS.
