Szabolcs Hajdu was born on 26 January 1972 in Debrecen, Hungary. He is an actor and director, known for Fehér tenyér (2006), Bibliothèque Pascal (2010) and It's Not the Time of My Life (2016).
A 90-es évektől színészként dolgozott. Két kisfilmjét követően 2000 -ben készítette el Macerás ügyek címmel első játékfilmjét, mely 2003 -ban a Magyar Filmszemle legjobb első film díját nyerte el, majd Kijevben a MOLODIST Filmfesztivál zsűrijének különdíját is.
