Other than that they really love that "quantity > quality" mentality. Still, I can think of a few other studios I'd rank above them both (KyoAni being the unmatched #1).

ユーエフオーテブル ？. It has separate Japanese and English pronunciations. The nice thing about kana is its 1-to-1 phonetic. This has to be the pronunciation. No real debate here. The tweet says "UFO table" but the Japanese pronunciation for UFO is you-foe, and that's reflected in their official katakana.

Feb 18, 2015 · In comparison to other anime studios, they don't do shows often. Some studios do 1-2 shows per season, whereas Ufotable usually does 2-4 per year. This way, they can save up more budget which allows them to put more money into the shows they make. Also, they usually have great music playing during scenes, whether they're fights or talking scenes.
Jun 29, 2024 · Not everything out of ufotable is some god tier animation that acts as a bandaid on any terribly written story. Demon slayer has a pretty good story that was executed perfectly. Maybe that’s just too difficult for some people to accept because the manga got mega popular and sold more than a big 3 anime “bleach” and every other new gen.

Some studios like PA Works ands Ufotable pay slightly better and have taken steps to improve conditions but it's very much a work in progress and every so often you'll hear news about mistreatment of staff, like Ufotable not granting maternity leave and PA Works charging inbetweeners for use of their desks.

Aug 27, 2023 · As far as I know Ufotable prior to Demon Slayer popping of had a culture of crunch that KyoAni doesn't have. But another studio you wouldn't expect to have good working conditions is Toei, who have an actual union that was set up by Hayao Miyazaki. The union has issues, but overall has made Toei a great place to work.
