Both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz are enabled. I had him turn off Band Steering , which i thought would then give him the option to connect to either network. The only one that shows up in wifi network list on his phone and tablet , once band steering is disabled, is the 5ghz band. I've had him reset the modem but this didnt achieve anything.
I am trying to definitively find out absolutely 100% once & for all if the Telstra 5G Modem 2 – Model Arcadyan Meteor2 actually "supports" 5 through the 2 x SMA ports on the rear or like some other routers that we have all dealt with in the past are they just there for 4G & the 5G antennas are only internal ?.
