May 16, 2020 · onedrive.live.com refused to connect. I've used Onedrive with Blackboard for years... never a problem. This is a brand new PDF - small in size - simply will not open. I've cleared the cache, rebooted the machine. Stopped the synching and then turned it back on... nothing works. Any ideas?
Jul 27, 2022 · Thanks. Glad to help. I believe the OneDrive - Personal shows because you can sign into a OneDrive - Business and a OneDrive - Personal account at the same time. Nov 29, 2020 · Hi thanks for your response. A: 1- I do have an antivirus, Avast, I have deactivated the virus temporarily and still have the issue accessing onedrive.live.com links only. I also uninstalled avast antivirus, restarted PC, and I still have the issue. 2- I don't have any issue accessing Outlook or any other office product.
