Jun 23, 2022 · Remove any SD card that might be in a card reader. Exit the BTTray.exe Bluetooth utility if installed. Locate the shortcut for iTunes, right-click on it, and select Run as administrator. Doing this once may fix certain launch issues.

Dec 31, 2021 · There was a pop-up about installing iPod support software, complete with a "Don't remind me again" button. Perhaps you could have selected that at some point. Try Edit > Preferences > Advanced > Reset Warnings, then try connecting your classic again while iTunes is running.

Nov 27, 2023 · It only mentions "Lenovo" I have Windows 11 on a Dell XPS13. I have it set to show all hidden files/folders. iTunes folder in Windows 11 does not have "adi and SC Info folders". Did you install iTunes from the Microsoft Store or using a download from apple.com? Switching from one to the other might help you.
